And then today? Totally up a pound and a half from yesterday morning. I've been stuck for two weeks. I've also not been exercising the way I should be either though. I *hate* exercise with every ounce of my being. Today? I'm going for a run during lunch. My Plan? Start getting up at 6 and doing it then. I can do this.
